How to View Your Gift Certificate Amount

To view the balance of your gift certificate, sign in to your account at the top right of any page. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one to use this feature. Once you have signed in to your account, click the “My Account” link at the top of any page.  You will see a list of options to the left of the screen. Choose “Check Your Gift Card Balance”.  From this page you will be asked to enter your Card Number and Pin number which would have been emailed to you at the time of purchase. Once you have entered the required information, click the Check Balance button. This will give you the details of your gift card.

If you have any problems retrieving your Gift Card balance, please email customer service at support@boattube.com. In the subject line of your email, please specify Gift Card Balance.
